At the beginning of the trading session on Tuesday the ruble has been in a stronger position in relation to the currencies of the United States and Europe on the Moscow stock exchange. Thus,  the Russian currency has won an earlier increase of oil prices.

The first transactions on the dollar have taken place within 63,7-63,85 rubles per $ 1. The average rate for two minutes has become equal to 63.8 rubles per $ 1. At the same time the euro was equal to 71.72 rubles per 1 euro. The currency basket has lost 18 kopecks and amounted to 67.365 rubles.

The dollar exchange rate has been 35 kopecks below the current official exchange rate, the euro – by 34 kopeck below the official rate.

The analysts at the “Interfax-CEA” consider that the increase of the Russian currency against the dollar and euro is due to the increase of oil prices the evening before as well as the high demand for the ruble liquidity in the conditions of the tax period. At the same time the ruble growth is being restrained by the slight negative dynamics of oil on the trade on Tuesday. Oil is falling because of the market skepticism about the possibility of the agreement among the producing countries during the Algerian meeting. On the London Stock Exchange futures contracts for Brent crude oil have fallen by more than 0.5% to $ 47 per barrel at the beginning of the day. In the recent past the contracts grow in value by 3%.
