Chinese securities have fallen on Wednesday, despite the strengthening of the real estate sector due to the weak session before the long weekend.

CSI300, the index of the largest companies from those that are being traded on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Exchange, has fallen by 0.3 percent, reaching 3.230,89 points. The Shanghai Composite Index has also decreased by 0.3 percent, amounting to 2.987,86 points.

According to the new economic data, at present there are all the signs that China’s economy is recovering. Industrial enterprises increased the profit by 20 percent in the last month of the summer. This has become a maximum for the last 3 years. Most likely, the manufacturing activity has been slowly accelerating for the second month in a row. The Reuters’ survey indicates the signs of acceleration.

Nevertheless, a lot of investors still skeptically look at the stability of the recovery that depends on the government’s stimulus steps.

The Chinese stock market will be closed for the rest of the coming week due to the celebration of the the National Day of the People’s Republic of China.

Most of the sectors have fallen on Wednesday, but the securities of companies in the real estate sector have risen to a stronger position than before. It has happened because the investors are waiting for the benefits they can gain through the recent increase in housing prices in major cities.

Hong Kong securities have been almost unchanged on Wednesday because of the worsened sentiment after the strong growth in previous auctions. This growth was partially caused by the firm opinion that the Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton had won at the Republican Donald Trump in the first presidential debate in the United States.

Donald Trump is estimated like a source of uncertainty for the global economy by some investors.

Hang Seng has risen by 0.2 percent and became equal to 23.619,65 points. China Enterprises Index has lost 0.3 percent, amounting to 9.719,84 points.
