On Wednesday the US dollar and the euro have fallen at the start of the trading session at the Moscow stock exchange. The Russian currency has slightly strengthened due to the global increase in prices.

On Wednesday the bidding on the dollar began with transactions within 62,49-62,6 rubles. On the average, the exchange rate has become equal to 62.45 rubles for the first a minute and a half. The euro is near the mark of 69.1 rubles at the start of the session. The currency basket has fallen by 14 kopecks and became equal to 65.5 rubles. The US dollar is being traded at 26 kopecks above the level of the current exchange rate, the euro – 2 kopecks below the official rate.

In the evening of the previous day, the US currency grew up to its weekly high, almost reaching a figure of 63 rubles. Analysts at “Interfax-CEA” point out that such a trend as the retreat of the dollar and euro as well as the strengthening of the ruble on Wednesday morning, can be explained by rising oil prices. The prices of the black gold, which fell on Tuesday more than by 1 percent, are slightly increasing on Wednesday in anticipation of the results of the meeting of oil producing countries, which is taking place in Istanbul. The meeting is focused on the reducing the production. Russia is participating in the negotiations. At the beginning of the day the price of December futures for Brent crude oil has risen by 0.5% to $ 52.68 per barrel on the London Stock Exchange.
