Monday morning has pleased the world community with amazing news. The fact is that the session of the National People’s Congress has been opened today. And at the session, Li Keqiang, Premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, has reported on how the government work.

Li Keqiang said that in the current year, the total production sector would be fully open to foreign companies. He also noted that such traditionally closed industries for non-Chinese business as medicine, education and telecommunications would also be available to foreign entrepreneurs, albeit at a reduced level.

The Premier stated that one of the vectors of economic development for the current year was the increased participation of foreign capital in the banking sphere, in the sphere of fund management. To achieve this goal, it is planned to review the tax policy in relation to foreign enterprises, as well as to simplify the registration of companies with foreign capital.
