Bitcoin has fallen below $ 5,000 for the first time in a year
November 22
09:00 2018

Bitcoin continues to fall. For the first time since the end of 2017, the most popular cryptocurrency in the world has fallen below 5,000 per unit. A psychologically important mark was passed on Monday. The currency slipped to $ 4,970.

The Bitcoin rate has been going down for five consecutive sessions. During this time, it has lost 20% of the value. The uncertainty of investors regarding the future of the cryptocurrency market and the direction of its movement have caused this fall.

November contracts of BTC have fallen by 7.5% to $ 5,040. Following bitcoins, other less popular cryptocurrencies began to fall. So, Ethereum, for example, has lost 12%, while Litecoin has fallen by 11%.

We continue to monitor the cryptocurrency market and we will inform you about its news.
