Experts at JPMorgan Chase believe that Apple may make a significant merger and acquisition deal. The purpose of such a transaction is clear and lies in increasing the number of sources of income. Analysts believe that organizations producing games, videos and smart speakers can be of the greatest value to the company.

Netflix is one of the largest video content companies. The price of this company, to put it mildly, bites. At the moment, its capitalization is almost $ 150 billion.

Apple has about $ 130 billion in free money. It gets another $ 45 billion after the payment of dividends. In theory, it is possible to find the right amount, but things are not great now. Recently, the company has reported on a decrease in revenue during the winter holidays. This has not happened since 2001. The reason is the reduction in demand for phones. Since October last year, the cost of Apple has decreased by 30%.

According to JPMorgan, Apple should use the tools to protect against shocks in the technology market.

Sonos, a manufacturer of smart speakers, is a more attractive candidate for the merger in terms of the price. The company has a large product line, which is widespread and popular around the world. The cost of the company is “only” 1.2 billion US dollars.

JPMorgan Chase considers Activision Blizzard to be the most obvious option among manufacturers of games. Such a purchase will give Apple the opportunity to enter the market, which is now aimed at mobile gadgets. This step will also let use the company’s resources for the production of expensive gaming devices. Now the cost of Activision is $ 35 billion.

On Monday, Apple’s securities have risen by 1.8%, Netflix’s shares- by 1.5%, Sonos -by 7.5%, while Activision has shown the growth by 1%.
