The Russian edition of Forbes has published a list of the 200 local richest businessmen. Leonid Mikhelson, the largest shareholder of Novatek, has topped the list. His fortune is estimated at $ 24 billion.

Vladimir Lisin, Chairman of NLMK’s Board of Directors, having the capital of 21.3 billion US dollars, took the second place. By the way, last year he headed the list.

The president of Lukoil Vagit Alekperov (20.7 billion US dollars) is in the top three, too. Alexey Mordashov ($ 20.5 billion), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Severstal, ranked fourth. The fifth place was given to another member of Novatek Gennady Timchenko ($ 20.1 billion).

And thus ends the list of businessmen with the capital of more than 20 billion dollars. Then, the seats were distributed as follows: V. Potanin ($ 18.1 billion), M. Friedman ($ 15 billion), A. Melnichenko ($ 13.8 billion), A. Usmanov ($ 12.6 billion), R. Abramovich (12.4 billion US dollars).

The whole rating is divided into 2 parts. The list of dollar billionaires is in the first part; the second one is devoted to multimillionaires. The total capital of businessmen registered in Forbes is $ 496 billion.

Leonid Mikhelson has been at the top of the Russian Forbes for the second time in a row. In March, he also headed the list. In the world rankings he is on the thirty-second place.
