Gazprom shares show peak values since October

The management of the Russian company Gazprom has reviewed and approved new recommendations to the Board of Directors on increasing dividend payments for 2018. After that, the company securities have grown to their maximum values since last October.

Yesterday, Gazprom shares rose to 172.3 rubles, growing by almost 6% on the Moscow Stock Exchange. The trading volume amounted to 2.9 billion rubles.

According to the recommendations of the Board, payments should be 393 billion rubles. In terms of one share, dividends will be equal to 16.6 rubles, twice as much as payments for 2017.

All decisions regarding the amount, term and form of dividend payment will be made during the meeting of Gazprom shareholders. Also, they will make a list of those who can count on dividends.
