Gazprom reporting states that in the first quarter of this year, the company’s shares have grown by 2.5% to 212.25 rubles per share. This is a record value since June 2011. Reporting turned out to be better than expected, which caused quite a logical increase in securities.
The report says that for the first quarter of 2019, the profit of the “national heritage of Russia” was 536 billion rubles. The forecast predicted 491 billion rubles. The profit (before taxes and costs) was equal to 631 billion rubles despite the forecast of 626 billion rubles. For the first quarter, the company’s free cash flow has amounted to 244 billion rubles.
