It became more advantageous for American companies to work with Huawei

The US authorities have softened conditions for cooperation of domestic companies with the Chinese Huawei. There are some privileges in the restrictions imposed.

Wibur Ross, head of the Ministry of Trade, has stated that companies will be licensed to sell their products to Huawei. However, the agreement will remain in force if the relationships do not threaten the national security of the United States.

Despite the easing of restrictions, the license will be a must to work. We recall that Donald Trump said that Huawei would be blacklisted in May. Since that time, American firms need a special license to collaborate with the Chinese corporation.

Donald Trump and Xi Jinping had a private meeting during the G 20 summit. After that it was announced that China and America had declared a truce.

But there is no information about the exact dates of easing. Thus, America has reserved the right to impose previous restrictions, if no progress is made in trade negotiations.
